In 2015, Japan Willtech Solution Ltd. began CMMI initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, and the entire company has been working together to continuously improve the level of development sites and our processes.
We achieved CMMI Maturity Level 3 in February 2019. At that time, we also established a standard process for agile development.
Subsequently, by utilizing statistical techniques, we achieved CMMI Maturity Level 4 in February 2022 by stabilizing the process and increasing the project's QCD success rate.
Then, in 2022, we introduced GQM+Strategies®. This strengthened the alignment of business goals and business strategies with business performance, and enabled the implementation of continuous improvement activities aimed at process optimization, triggered by various indicators tied to business goals.
This time, these effects were confirmed and CMMI Maturity Level 5 was achieved.
In Japan, as of March 2024, there are seven companies, including our company, that have achieved Maturity Level 5.
We will continue to, by implementing the continuous improvement of our processes and by quantitatively managed process, maintain our CMMI Maturity Level 5 and provide solutions as a genuine partner to our clients.
